Golden Broth Cabbage and Rice Cake Exclusive
Chewy rice cakes simmered in a vivid golden tomato-chili broth with tender napa cabbage; the sour-spicy soup clings to soft, glutinous slices for warming, spoon-coating comfort.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the cabbage and cut it into small sections.
- 2

Tear the leaves into small pieces.
- 3

Wash the rice cake and cut it into small pieces.
- 4

Set the golden soup buns aside.
- 5

Heat oil in a pan and add the Chinese cabbage stems, stir-frying for one minute.
- 6

Add an appropriate amount of water, and put in half a packet of golden soup base (because I can't eat too spicy, the amount is halved).
- 7

Put the rice cakes in and cook for five minutes until they soften.
- 8

Put in the leaves and blanch for half a minute.
