Golden Ham and Egg Fried Rice
Golden fried rice made from cold leftover grains tossed with silky egg, diced ham, and sweet green peas, wok-fried until every kernel is loose, glossy, and savory.
Instructions
- 1
First, do some preparation work: prepare the eggs, green peas, ham cut into small fine dices, and the rice must be leftover rice, completely cooled rice.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, use medium heat, don’t rush to stir, gently shake the pan, and stop when the eggs are not sticking to the bottom.
- 3
After the bottom of the egg has set, slightly push it upwards to create some space, then pour in the ham, green peas, and chopped green onions, and use the excess oil on this side to fry these ingredients a bit.
- 4
Pour the rice onto the egg mixture that hasn't set yet, and press with a spatula; some of the rice will soak up the egg mixture.
- 5
Turn to low heat and start stir-frying, continuously pressing and stirring until the rice becomes loose and the ingredients are evenly mixed.
- 6
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and serve. It is very fragrant.
- 7
Delicious, delicious.
