Green Bean and Beef Pie Exclusive
Pan-fried stuffed pancakes filled with minced beef and softened green beans, wrapped in a half-scalded dough that fries up crisp yet stays tender and juicy.
Instructions
- 1

The beef tenderloin is minced finely. Pure beef is a bit dry, so a little pork fat was added and minced finely.
- 2

Mix the minced meat with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water with chopped green onions and ginger.
- 3

Snap off the two ends and the stem strings of the green beans.
- 4

Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the green beans and cook until soft, then remove them.
- 5

Cut finely.
- 6

Add to the minced meat and mix well.
- 7

Add 1g of salt to the flour, mix with half hot water and half cold water to make a semi-cooked dough, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- 8

Divide the dough into small portions, flatten them, and roll them into small round pieces that are thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges.
- 9

Put in the green bean and beef filling, and seal the opening.
- 10

Flatten; the dough is very soft, just press gently.
- 11

Brush oil on a frying pan and heat it, then put in the stuffed pancake to fry.
- 12

Flip and fry again, turning both sides several times until cooked.
- 13

Homemade pies, full of filling, delicious and tasty.
