Wash the green radish, peel it, and cut it into thin strips

Take the minced meat and squeeze the meatballs out from between your thumb and index finger. Use a small spoon to scoop the meatballs into water. After the meatballs set, you can take them out and cook them directly in a clay pot. Once it starts boiling, skim off the foam, then add shredded radish and vermicelli. Personally, I prefer to change the water for the meatballs once.

In another clay pot, add water, put in the meatballs and bring to a boil, then add the shredded green radish and cook until done.

Add the vermicelli and cook until done, then add salt and sesame oil before taking it off the heat.
