Green Tea Powder Pig Skin Jelly
An elegant pork skin jelly quietly tinted and perfumed with green tea powder, giving the traditional aspic a gentle, modern twist.
Instructions
- 1

The pork skin is repeatedly processed, boiled, and scraped of fat multiple times, then cut into strips. Take an appropriate amount of pork skin strips, add an appropriate amount of water, and steam for 40 to 50 minutes.
- 2

Mix the matcha powder with a little water until smooth and set aside.
- 3

Add some green tea powder juice into the pigskin jelly and stir evenly until it naturally solidifies (it can also be refrigerated in the fridge).
- 4

Take the pig skin jelly out of the mold.
- 5

First, cut off the four edges of the jellied pork skin, then slice it. The jellied pork skin has a slight green color and looks very beautiful; it has a bouncy texture and is eaten with the sauce.
