Halloween Spider Peanut Crisp
Halloween Spider Peanut Crisp — peanut butter, granulated sugar and m&M's, baked until golden and fragrant. Easy to follow with simple step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients, put the peanut butter into a bowl, and prepare the egg mixture and granulated sugar.
- 2
Pour the beaten eggs and fine sugar into the peanut butter, and use a whisk to mix thoroughly.
- 3
The peanut brittle cookie dough is ready; it is in a very thick, three-dimensional shape.
- 4
Divide the prepared dough into seven equal portions, each weighing about twenty grams, roll them into balls, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and gently press them with your hands to flatten slightly.
- 5
Use Maltesers to press a small hole in the center of the dough, making it deeper.
- 6
Preheat the air fryer oven (or oven) to 170°C, place in the middle layer, and bake for 15-20 minutes. It is done when the surface is slightly browned and a strong peanut aroma is emitted.
- 7
Take the baked cookies out to cool, put the chocolate into a piping bag, and melt it by placing it in hot water.
- 8
Use chocolate as a binder. Cut a small opening at the tip of a piping bag, squeeze an appropriate amount into the small indentations on the cookies, place an M&M on top, then use it to stick the small candy eyes, and draw spider legs with chocolate to complete it. Note: If you don't have small candy eyes, you can also melt white chocolate and dark chocolate to draw the eyes.

Cute ugly.
