Ham Fried Rice Noodles
A comforting plate of stir-fried rice noodles tossed with ham, local meat rolls, preserved radish, and crisp bean sprouts, seasoned with soy and oyster sauce for a savory, springy bite.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the rice noodles in advance; these are two pieces of rice noodles.
- 2

Wash the bean sprouts and chop the green onions.
- 3

Ham, dried radish, and meat rolls are cut up. Meat rolls are a specialty food of our area.

- 5

Then stir-fry with the dried radish, and once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
- 6

Stir-fry the bean sprouts a few times.
- 7

Add the rice noodles, then add a little oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
- 8

Add the just-stir-fried ingredients into the rice noodles and stir-fry over high heat.
- 9

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry a few times.
- 10

Stir-fried and ready.
