Hand-grabbed pancake breakfast sandwich
A layered breakfast parcel built from flaky flatbread quarters packed with fried egg, ham, melted cheese and pork floss.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients: fry the eggs until cooked, cut the ham into thick slices, and fry them as well to set aside.
- 2
Take the hand-grabbed pancake out of the freezer and let it warm up slightly, then make a cut from the center point.
- 3
Place meat floss, a fried egg, shredded mozzarella cheese (softened to room temperature in advance), and ham slices in the four quadrants of the hand-grabbed pancake, respectively.
- 4
Like making a multilayered pancake, pick up the side of the pancake you cut, layer it up, and finally pinch all the edges tightly. The appearance is not important; the content is the key! After wrapping, brush a layer of egg yolk on the surface and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown.
- 6
It smells so good, and when you cut it open, it's full of filling, so rich.
- 7
Give it a try~
