Hand-grabbed pancake style teriyaki chicken sandwich
A clever fusion: flaky hand-grabbed pancake coiled, pan-fried until layered and crisp, then split open and stuffed with teriyaki-glazed chicken, roujiamo style.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients and thaw the chicken breast!
- 2

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, and chop the chili peppers!
- 3

Marinate the chicken breast with seasonings for more than 30 minutes.
- 4

Let the hand-grabbed pancake thaw and soften. Roll it up.
- 5

Roll into long strips, about 50CM
- 6

Roll it up and flatten it a bit
- 7

Place in a frying pan and cook over low heat without adding oil! After cooking, use a knife to slice it into two separate pieces.
- 8

Put oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the chicken breast until cooked. Don't cook off all the juice, you'll need it later!
- 9

Chop the chicken breast and chili, mix them together, put them in the flatbread, and sprinkle a little broth on top!
- 10

It's still the crispy hand-grabbed pancake!
