Homemade Appetizing Minced Meat Sauce for Rice
Coarsely diced pork, briefly marinated, simmers with shacha sauce, dried shrimp and chili powder into a hearty, rice-loving meat sauce with real staying power.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients
- 2

Cut the pork into large cubes, not too finely.
- 3

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and starch
- 4

Put on disposable gloves, mix and knead evenly, then let it sit for about 10 minutes
- 5

Heat the pan and oil, then add the marinated minced meat pieces
- 6

Quickly use a spatula to stir-fry until the minced meat is broken up and evenly diced into uniform pieces
- 7

Add 200 grams of satay sauce, dried shrimp, and chili powder, stir-fry evenly, then add 70 grams of water and salt, and simmer over low heat. Because satay sauce is a bit sweet, you can add a little more salt to adjust, or those who like sweetness can skip adding salt.
- 8

Simmer until it becomes slightly thick, then add your favorite ingredients for seasoning. I just added some chopped green onions.
- 9

You can plate it, and the excess should be cooled and then placed in a dry, clean container with a tight seal, then put in the refrigerator for storage.
- 10

The simmered minced meat sauce can be used to mix with noodles, make sauce-flavored pancakes, or mix with rice; it's super appetizing!
