Homemade Apricot Jam
Pitted apricots macerate in sugar until syrupy, then bubble away slowly with rock sugar and a dash of vinegar into a chunky, amber homemade jam.
Instructions
- 1

Apricots are ready, wash them
- 2

Pit and cut into small pieces
- 3

Add white sugar
- 4

Pour into a bowl and mix evenly, then marinate for about an hour, until juices are released.
- 5

After marinating, crush it slightly by hand, then pour water and the marinated apricots into a pot, add white vinegar, and bring it to a boil over high heat. After it boils, turn to low heat and add rock sugar, simmering slowly while stirring continuously to prevent sticking, until it becomes thick and sticky, which takes about 40-50 minutes.
- 6

After simmering, turn off the heat and let it cool! Enjoy the finished product!
