Homemade Delicious Spicy Radish Sticks
Sun-dried radish strips are plumped in water, tossed with chopped chili and garlic, and packed into jars to mellow. Each piece offers a pleasing chew with a slow-building, savory warmth.

Dried radish strips hung last autumn.

Soak it well in water.

Chop and place in a large bowl for later use.

I used two glass jars for pickles. Since the ones I made last time were just eaten, I was too lazy to wash them.

Tightly close the bottle cap, and you can eat it after storing it at room temperature for a few days.
- 11

Place it on a plate to serve with porridge.
