Homemade Dried Mulberries
Homemade dried mulberries washed gently with flour and salt, then slow-baked at low temperature with convection for hours into chewy, sweet-tart, candy-like morsels perfect for tea.
Instructions
- 1

The mulberries from my classmate's home are of excellent quality.
- 2

Put the mulberries into a basin, and wash them clean with water, salt, and flour.
- 3

Scoop out and drain the water.
- 4

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the mulberries on it.
- 5

Baked in the oven at 60 degrees with top and bottom heat, using the convection mode, for about 9 hours.
- 6

Crispy and already very dry, put it into a clean bottle, it can be used to brew tea.
