Homemade Original Peanut Butter
Red-skinned peanuts are oven-roasted until fragrant, rubbed free of skins and ground into a smooth, all-natural butter with nothing but nuts in the jar.
Instructions
- 1
Spread the red-skinned peanuts on a non-stick baking tray, just a single layer, try not to overlap them.
- 2
Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, 150 degrees, for about 30 minutes
- 3
When the peanut skins are dry and the peanut kernels are slightly yellow and fragrant, they can be taken out of the oven. You can pour them from the baking tray into a small basket to cool, and continue putting the remaining peanuts on the baking tray to bake them in the oven.
- 4
After the peanuts have cooled, you can gently rub them with your hands to remove the red skins. It's okay if a small amount of red skin remains on the peanuts.
- 5
Place the glass bottles and lids in a pot of cold water, and boil for ten minutes.
- 6
Place it on a drying rack with the bottle opening facing down to drain the water. Be sure not to use a paper towel or cloth to wipe the inside, as doing so can cause secondary contamination.
- 7
Take an appropriate amount of peanuts and put them into the blender, then select the corresponding program, time, and power.
- 8
The peanuts were crushed into peanut pieces, and you can use a blender stick to stir them slightly in the cup.
- 9
Pour in a small amount of peanut oil according to the actual situation, so that the peanut butter can rotate smoothly. Doing this also protects the machine.
- 10
The peanut butter is ready and can be poured into a jar for storage.
- 11

Put the peanut butter into a small jar, take as you eat
- 12

Fragrant and rich, great
