Homemade Peanut and Sesame Candy
Homemade candy where melted marshmallows bind toasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and black sesame with milk powder into chewy, nutty, candy-bar-like squares.
Instructions
- 1

The oven will roast the peeled peanuts.
- 2

Place it in a plastic bag and crush it into coarse granules with a rolling pin.
- 3

Roasted sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds in the baking tray.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of butter to the pan and melt it.
- 5

Put in the marshmallows to melt.
- 6

After the marshmallows melt, add an appropriate amount of milk powder.
- 7

Add the crushed peanuts (keep the heat on medium-low throughout).
- 8

Then add pumpkin seeds and black sesame seeds, and you can also freely add other nuts and dried fruits.
- 9

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- 10

Take it out and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 11

While hot, use a tool to shape it, then cut it into appropriately sized pieces.
- 12

Cut the sugar into pieces while it is warm (it is easier to crumble when cooled), wrap each piece in sugar paper, and place them on a plate to serve as a small snack at the dining table.
