Instructions
- 1

Wash the long beans clean and let them dry.
- 2

Cut into small cubes.
- 3

Put it into the bowl.
- 4

Minced garlic and chopped bird's eye chili, mixed together.
- 5

A spoon of salt.
- 6

Add a spoonful of white vinegar.
- 7

A spoonful of high-proof liquor.
- 8

Stir together and mix evenly.
- 9

Bottling it and then sealing it in a jar is not as convenient as a mineral water bottle, haha.
