Homemade Pickled Radish
Radish batons are salted, sweetened and steeped in a honey-vinegar brine with chili, turning crunchy and addictive overnight.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the radish and cut it into small flower-shaped strips with the skin on.
- 2

Add 1 spoon of sugar and stir well. Let it sit for 2-3 hours until it releases water, then pour out the water.
- 3

Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 4 tablespoons of white vinegar (or rice vinegar), 2 tablespoons of Premium Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and a suitable amount of chili rings, and mix well (adjust the ingredients and amounts according to personal taste).
- 4

Put it into a container and refrigerate for more than 12 hours.
- 5

Sour, sweet, spicy, a summer appetizer 😊~
