Homemade Seaweed Rice Mix | Seaweed Tuna Fried Rice
Dual-purpose recipe: toasted nori sheets crumbled with sesame and garlic crisps into a handy rice seasoning, then tossed with egg-coated rice and tuna for a fragrant, umami-packed fried rice.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Dice the bell pepper and set aside.
- 3
After the pan is heated, turn to low heat, place the whole sheet of seaweed (nori) in, gently rub and roast it, and cook both sides until they turn green.
- 4
Then put the seaweed into a sealed bag, add sesame seeds and garlic crisp, and mix and crush into seaweed crumbs.
- 5
Pour into a container for later use, taking as much as you need each time.
- 6
Crack the eggs into the rice and mix evenly.
- 7
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the rice and stir-fry until the eggs solidify, then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.
- 8
Then add the tuna meat and diced sweet peppers and stir-fry evenly.
- 9
Finally, add an appropriate amount of seaweed rice seasoning, mix and stir-fry evenly, then serve.
- 10
After taking it off the heat, you can add some katsuobushi according to your taste to enhance the savory flavor.
