Homemade Three-Delicacy Buns Exclusive
Homey steamed buns with a classic three-treasure filling of oil-coated chives, scrambled egg, and dried baby shrimp, kept juicy and fragrant inside tender hand-pleated wrappers.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the chives clean and drain the water for later use.
- 2

Chop the chives and put them in a bowl, add the dried shrimp, and first add the sesame oil.
- 3

Lift the basin and shake it several times, so that the chives are evenly coated with sesame oil, which can prevent them from releasing water.
- 4

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, add a little salt (not included in the total amount) to the eggs, beat and cook until done, then break into small pieces.
- 5

Let the cooked scrambled eggs cool and pour them into a bowl, then add salt and oyster sauce.
- 6

Mix again until evenly blended.
- 7

Let the previously prepared dough ferment until it doubles in size.
- 8

When a rich honeycomb-like texture appears, it is fully fermented.
- 9

Divide the dough into small portions, press out the air, roll them into dough sheets, wrap the buns, let them rest and rise again until slightly larger, then steam them until cooked.
- 10
