Honey Flower Small Bread Exclusive
Honey Flower Small Bread brings high-gluten flour, egg and milk together and is baked until golden and fragrant. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1

Put all the ingredients, except butter and raisin honey, into a mixing bowl. First knead until a large gluten film forms, then add the butter and continue kneading until the dough reaches the windowpane stage. It’s much easier if you use a bread machine or stand mixer.
- 2

Place the kneaded dough in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size.
- 3

After removing the air, divide into 8 portions.
- 4

Take a piece of dough and gently roll it into a long sheet.
- 5

Add the raisins.
- 6

Fold it in half.
- 7

Then roll it up from the other end.
- 8

As shown in the figure.
- 9

Prepare the 8 pieces of dough one by one.
- 10

Let the prepared dough continue to ferment a second time until it doubles in size.
- 11

Dip a brush in a little honey water.
- 12

Lightly brush a layer of honey water.
- 13

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with both top and bottom heat, then place it in the middle layer and bake for 15 minutes.
