Hot and sour radish
Thin radish slices steep for a week in a mild vinegar brine, then get tossed with chili sauce before serving. Chilling sharpens both crunch and sour heat.
Instructions
- 1

Slice the white radish.
- 2

Heat a pot of water and pour it into a bowl to cool. Find a sealed jar, pour in the cooled water and radish, then add 100 milliliters of vinegar, and marinate for a week.
- 3

Mix the pickled radish with chili sauce evenly, and it can be eaten once it has absorbed the flavors.
- 4

It becomes even crispier after being refrigerated.
