Italian-style braised pork burger
A homemade recipe for Italian-style braised pork burger, combining high-gluten flour, milk and egg; baked until golden and fragrant. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1

Pour milk, eggs, and olive oil into the bread pan, put salt in one corner and white sugar in another corner. Add high-gluten flour, and put yeast on top. Start the bread machine's kneading program, knead until the dough forms a membrane, then let it ferment.
- 2

Wash the pork and pat it dry, then use a food processor to turn it into minced meat.
- 3

The Italian red stew marinade is diluted with water.
- 4

Add it to the minced meat and mix evenly, stirring in one direction until it becomes elastic.
- 5

Shape by pressing into a patty and fry in a flat-bottomed pan.
- 6

Flip and cook until done.
- 7

Take out the dough when it has doubled in size, roll it into a ball to release the air, and divide it into small portions. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 8

Shape into a circle and place on a baking tray for the second fermentation.
- 9

Brush with egg wash when it has doubled in size. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 12 minutes. Bake until the surface is colored.
- 10

The baked bread is cut in half horizontally.
- 11

Place the lettuce, squeeze on the salad dressing. Put on the patty.
- 12

Add another layer of Thousand Island dressing.
- 13

Just put the top slice of bread on and it's done.
