Korean soybean paste soup
A hearty Korean-style stew built on dissolved soybean paste, layered with pork, potato, zucchini, and tofu until the broth turns rich and deeply savory.
Instructions
- 1
Clean the necessary ingredients. Cut the onion into small sections, the tofu into small cubes, and the bok choy into large strips. Cut the pork into small slices.
- 2

Put 2/3 of the water into the pot, add three tablespoons of soybean paste (dissolve the soybean paste in a small bowl with a little water first before pouring it into the pot).
- 3
Boil.
- 4

Add the ingredients in order: onion, minced garlic, starting with the ingredients that are harder to cook, then pork, potatoes, tofu, zucchini, and finally bok choy. If you like it spicy, you can also cut two small chili peppers and add them in.
- 5

After boiling for about 10 minutes, add 1 spoon of Daxi Da, no need to add salt, the saltiness of the sauce is enough. Also add minced garlic.
- 6
Boil for about 10 more minutes, and once the hardest-to-cook potatoes are done, you can turn off the heat.
- 7

Put it in the clay pot, done!
