Boil a pot of water, add it to the electric pressure cooker, add the lamb ribs, rinse the seasonings with water and add them to the pot, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Set the electric pressure cooker to the tendon setting and turn on the switch.

  6. 6

The electric pressure cooker finishes automatically, and the lamb ribs are cooked until they almost fall off the bone. At this point, take out the lamb ribs. They can be further cooked by roasting or eaten directly dipped in garlic paste, which is especially flavorful. The lamb broth can continue to be used for winter melon soup or radish soup. My family especially likes to drink this lamb broth directly. Just add a bit of salt, cilantro, chopped green onions, and mushroom powder, and you'll have a very delicious lamb soup.

The delicious mutton soup is ready, light, neither gamey nor greasy, tasty and nutritious. Half of the lamb ribs are roasted, and the other half are dipped in garlic paste, making them especially fragrant.
