Instructions
- 1
The ingredients are ready, and I happen to have homemade taro paste, so I'll use it 🤩
- 2
Sprinkle some cooking wine on the salted egg yolks first, then put them into the oven to bake until cooked.
- 3
When baking salted egg yolks, we take out a piece of frozen scallion pancake and thaw it until half soft, then cut it in half (one scallion pancake can make two salted egg yolk pastries), and then spread it with taro paste/red bean paste.
- 4
Put the shredded pork on top.
- 5
Put the baked salted egg yolk in the middle as well.
- 6
Wrap it up and press the bottom firmly.
- 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with the bottom heat on.
- 8
Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden (note that the power of each oven is different, so please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven's power).
- 9
When roasting, the whole house is filled with a sweet aroma, and the skin is golden and crispy.
