Lazy Version of Spicy and Sour Chicken Feet
Blanched chicken feet are chilled, then tossed with lemon, cilantro and a ready-made Thai hot-and-sour sauce for effortless snacking.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Clean the chicken feet thoroughly, trim the nails, and chop them into small pieces. Pour water into a pot, add the chicken feet, green onions, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and 1 tablespoon of Weidamei premium cooking wine, and blanch for ten minutes.
- 3

After blanching, soak in ice water for half an hour.
- 4

Cut the cilantro into small pieces, slice the lemon, cut the bird's eye chili into small pieces, and put them into the chicken feet.
- 5

Add a packet of Weidamei Thai-style sweet and sour sauce.
- 6

Mix evenly and refrigerate for more than 2 hours before eating. Do not discard the sauce after eating; you can continue to use it to mix with lotus root.
- 7

Slice the lotus root and cook it.
- 8

Add it to the sauce, and the taste is still fantastic! Super simple and delicious, a must-learn for lazy people.
