Lean Meat and Chicken Feet Soup with Green Papaya
A Cantonese beauty soup of green papaya, chicken feet, and lean pork slow-braised in a clay pot for ninety minutes, yielding a collagen-rich, subtly sweet broth.
Instructions
- 1

Peel the green papaya and carrot, and cut them into large pieces.
- 2

Soak chicken feet, duck feet, and lean meat in clear water to remove the blood.
- 3

Blanch the food.
- 4

Wash clean.
- 5

Put all the ingredients into the clay pot and add an appropriate amount of purified water.
- 6

Cover with the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
- 7

When the time is up, add a little salt and turn off the heat. The soup looks so beautiful, it can be tasted now.
