Leavened biscuits
A soft yeast-leavened dough enriched with milk is rolled, docked with holes for even cooking, and baked in an electric griddle until golden, giving fluffy, milky biscuits with a tender crumb.
Instructions
- 1

Ten parts flour, ten parts yeast, and one bag of milk are mixed to make dough, then set aside to rise.
- 2

Take out a piece of the prepared dough and flatten it into a large sheet.
- 3

Cut into small pieces.
- 4

Using a small plug to make a small hole is easy to cook.
- 5

Spread oil in the electric griddle pan and place the dough on it.
- 6

Apply oil on the surface to prevent moisture loss.
- 7

The food is cooked when the lights on the top and bottom covers go out.
