Leftover Transformation: Seaweed Potato Chip Fried Rice!
Creative fried rice upgraded with butter, nameko mushrooms, broccoli, and crunchy potato chips and seaweed, a playful leftover-rice transformation.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the green onions into thin strips and soak them in cold water for later use.
- 2

Chop the garlic and onion, and dice the crab mushrooms. Only cut the top parts of the broccoli.
- 3

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. The egg whites can be used in fried rice.
- 4

Add a little oil to the pot and first sauté the minced garlic and chopped onions until fragrant. When the onions become translucent, add the crab-flavored mushrooms and stir-fry.
- 5

Then push the vegetables to one side and add the butter.
- 6

After the butter melts, add the rice and stir-fry.
- 7

Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper and stir-fry.
- 8

Add chopped broccoli from western Canada, stir-fry with egg whites.
- 9

Turn off the heat, add the crushed potato chips. Stir-fry evenly and then serve.
- 10

Pile the rice into a mountain shape, top it with shredded green onions to decorate it like a bird's nest, and then add the egg yolk!
