Lemon Spicy Cabbage
A bright twist on kimchi blends kiwi, pear, watermelon and peeled lemon slices into the chili coating, layering citrus perfume and gentle sweetness over the familiar fiery, funky base.
Instructions
- 1

Break the Chinese cabbage into individual leaves and rinse them clean with salt.
- 2

Prepare kimchi seasoning and Korean chili paste.
- 3

Apple, kiwi, pear, watermelon, 2 slices of lemon with peel removed, all cut into small pieces.
- 4

Put the chopped fruit into white sugar and crush it with a blender.
- 5

Mix the spicy cabbage seasoning with the Korean chili paste, find a large sealed container, place a cabbage leaf and spread a layer of the mixed chili paste on it, and continue until all the leaves are used.
- 6

Pour the mashed fruit on top of the cabbage.
- 7

Slice the remaining lemon thinly and place it on top, cover with a lid, and put it in the refrigerator to chill for more than 7 days.
- 8
