Lettuce tossed with lemon dressing
A warm dressing of garlic, chili, soy and oyster sauce, finished with plenty of seeded chopped lemon, is poured over shredded lettuce, giving the humble green a bright citrus lift.
Instructions
- 1
Chop all the ingredients and set aside. If you like it spicy, feel free to add more. My family can't handle spicy food, so I only add half for flavor.
- 2
After chopping the lemon, be sure to remove the seeds, otherwise the bitterness will affect the taste.
- 3
Heat oil in a pot, then add minced garlic, chili, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little broth. Once boiling, add the lemon slices and serve. The marinated lemon has a sour taste, so vinegar is not needed.
- 4
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and oil, blanch, and remove for later use.
- 5
Drizzle an appropriate amount of lemon sauce.
- 6
Even kids who don't like vegetables are rushing to eat them, what do you think, is it delicious?
