Li's Mansion Spicy Kimchi Pork Belly Stir-fry
Fatty pork belly slices sizzle alongside tangy kimchi strips, the fermented cabbage's juices and Korean chili paste glazing everything into a beloved, fiery one-pan dinner.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: half a head of sour and spicy cabbage, a small piece of pork belly, and Korean chili paste. If you bought pre-made spicy cabbage, one large bag is enough.
- 2

Cut the spicy cabbage into thick strips, about 1CM wide, with the leafy parts slightly wider. Reserve the spicy cabbage juice for later.
- 3

Slice the pork, not too thin, a bit thicker is more fragrant when stir-fried~ Also, it's best to slice the meat when it's slightly frozen ^^!
- 4

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan and heat it up.
- 5

Add the slices of pork belly and stir-fry for a moment.
- 6

Add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry.
- 7

Add the kimchi juice and stir-fry until there is no raw taste.
- 8

Dilute half a spoon of chili sauce with water. The amount of chili sauce depends on the saltiness of the previous stir-fry; if it was salty, use a little less chili sauce.
- 9

Pour the water-diluted chili sauce into the pan and stir-fry evenly.
- 10

Add an appropriate amount of water, simmer over medium-low heat for a while until the sauce is reduced. If you find the dish is a bit too salty, you don't need to reduce the sauce too much; you can dilute it a little~
- 11

Finally, plate it up and garnish with a little chopped green onion, then it's ready to enjoy ^^.
- 12

Eating it with stone pot rice, it's very delicious~
