Loofah Meatball Soup
A homestyle meatball soup where frozen balls simmer from cold water until floating, then tender loofah chunks cook briefly in the fragrant broth, finished with crispy golden fried garlic.
Instructions
- 1

Put an appropriate amount of water in a small pot, and add the meatballs to the pot with cold water (because they are taken out from the freezer).
- 2

Peel the loofah, wash it clean, and cut it into large dice.
- 3

After the water in the pot boils, add slices of ginger and shredded carrots (for a better visual effect) and cook until the meatballs float.
- 4

Then put the sponge gourd back in and boil on high heat for 3 minutes.
- 5

This is fried minced garlic, it smells very fragrant.
- 6

It can be taken out of the pot, and sprinkling a little golden garlic makes it even more delicious.
- 7

Finished product.
