Lotus Tomato Exclusive
Ripe dessert tomatoes are carved into eight connected petals that open like a blossom, then crowned with a mound of honey at the center. An edible centerpiece as charming as it is sweet.
Instructions
- 1

Take tomatoes that can be eaten raw.
- 2

Remove the stem; this one isn't round enough. The rounder it is, the more beautiful it looks when made.
- 3

Cut in half, then cut into 8 pieces.
- 4

Use a sharp knife to cut a petal from a segment, without cutting through the bottom.
- 5

All cut.
- 6

Viewed from the side like this.
- 7

Take snow honey.
- 8

Place the snow honey in the middle and organize it.
