Low-Fat Chicken Rice Balls
Healthy hand-pressed rice balls blending germ rice with minced black-pepper chicken breast and a touch of mustard-mayo dressing, delivering lean protein in a soft, cohesive, low-fat bite.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare germ rice and black pepper chicken breast; wash the lettuce clean.
- 2
Tear the chicken breast into large pieces; I used pre-prepared meat, but you can also cook the chicken breast yourself and then season it.
- 3
Grind the chicken into mince with a blender.
- 4
Moderate amounts of germ rice, minced chicken, and Ōkura mustard salad dressing are placed together in a bowl; the chicken breast and the sauce are flavorful, so there is no need to add any additional seasonings.
- 5
Mix thoroughly and evenly.
- 6
Place an appropriate amount of chicken and rice on plastic wrap, fold it into a ball, put it on a plate, and repeat until all are done.
- 7
Shake off the water droplets from the lettuce, tear it into large pieces, and put them in a bowl.
- 8
Drizzle an appropriate amount of Da Zang salad dressing, mix while eating, it’s fresh and refreshing, and goes great with black pepper chicken rice balls.
- 9

Chicken rice balls, low in fat and nutritious, with delicious flavor!
