Low-fat crispy chicken
Chicken breast strips marinated in soy, oyster sauce, starch and milk, coated in crushed instant noodles and air-fried for a juicy, low-fat, extra-crispy bite.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken breast into strips, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and milk, and mix well to marinate for half an hour. Adding cornstarch and milk to the marinade can make the chicken strips taste more tender.
- 2
Crumble a pack of instant noodles into a bowl, and wrap each marinated chicken strip with the crushed noodles.
- 3
All the chicken strips are wrapped and placed in the air fryer basket, with a thin layer of oil sprayed on the surface.
- 4
Non-boil Air Fryer, set the temperature to 180 degrees, set the time to 15 minutes.
- 5
The finished chicken strips are golden on the surface. An air fryer that requires cooking has stable and accurate temperature control, making it unlikely for them to burn.
- 6
Plate it fresh from the oven, sprinkle some barbecue seasoning and chili powder, crispy in every bite, very delicious.
- 7
The outer layer is crispy, and the chicken in the middle is very tender. This kind of snack is low in calories, high in protein, and very filling, making it perfect to eat while working out or controlling your weight~~ Give it a try.
