Luncheon Meat and Shrimp Pizza Exclusive
Easy and satisfying, Luncheon Meat and Shrimp Pizza uses flour, butter and yeast and is baked until crispy with melted toppings. Great for beginners and experienced home cooks alike.
Instructions
- 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
- 2

Let the butter soften.
- 3

Put the butter into the flour and add a small amount of salt, then add the yeast water to the flour little by little, stirring until it forms a crumbly dough.
- 4

Knead into a dough and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
- 5

Clean the shrimp, then marinate it with red wine and pepper for a while.
- 6

After the dough is ready, roll it into a thin pancake and place it on a baking tray.
- 7

Stab some eyes with a fork.
- 8

Brush on a layer of ketchup.
- 9

Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese.
- 10

Then sprinkle on the onion, luncheon meat, shrimp, and diced carrots one by one. (The shrimp should be slightly pan-fried until both sides change color. Stir-fry the onion briefly to remove the pungency and moisture. I forgot to take a photo of this step.)
- 11

Finally, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top.
- 12

Put in the oven at 230 degrees and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 13

Freshly baked.
- 14

Fresh and juicy, with a rich cheese flavor.
- 15

Deliciousness cannot be betrayed.
