Macaroni with cheese white sauce
Creamy macaroni in a rich white sauce with seared bacon, sweet onion and blanched shrimp, seasoned with black pepper, garlic and parsley.
Instructions
- 1
Materials collection.
- 2
Boil the spaghetti until soft. Drain the water, then mix with black pepper salt and olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
- 3
Cut the shrimp in half. Thoroughly clean out any remaining shrimp vein. Then blanch in boiling water until cooked (30 seconds to 1 minute).
- 4
First, sauté the onions and bacon.
- 5
Wait until the onions become soft, then add the cream.
- 6
Add black pepper and salt.
- 7
Add garlic salt and chopped parsley for seasoning. I think a white sauce should have a fresh taste of mixed herbs. If not, use chicken essence instead.
- 8
Add flour water to adjust the thickness of the white sauce, the goal is to have the white sauce cover the surface of the pasta, rather than soaking in from the beginning.
- 9
Finally, add the cooked shrimp.
- 10
Bring to a boil over low heat.
- 11
Pour the white sauce over the pasta.
- 12
Spread the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
- 13
The end, scattering onions.
