Instructions
- 1

Weigh all the ingredients and put them into the Hochberg U10 mixer bowl. Mix until a thick film forms, then add the butter.
- 2

The glove membrane can be removed from the tank.
- 3

Relax in groups for 20 minutes.
- 4

Roll into an olive shape.
- 5

Flip it over and shape it into a trapezoid.
- 6

Spread the red bean paste and roll it up, sealing the opening.
- 7

Chill for 20 minutes before rolling it flat. Chilling is to increase the dough's firmness, making it easier to handle and cut with a knife later, and also so the filling won't stick everywhere after being chilled.
- 8

Cut evenly into three strips, starting to braid with the red bean paste side facing up.
- 9

After knitting, fold it at the one-third position.
- 10

Form a rectangular pattern.
- 11

Place it in the loaf pan to ferment until more than nine-tenths full. As shown in the picture, brush with egg wash and prepare to bake in the oven, preheat T38 to 200 degrees.
- 12

Put in the oven at 160 degrees with a wind speed of 35 for 35 minutes.
- 13

The color is very even, coming out of the oven.
- 14

Spread out to cool, wait to eat.
