Mango Coconut Ice Jelly That Can Be Made in Five Minutes
A quick layered dessert of silky coconut-milk jelly cubes topped with mango puree and chewy mini glutinous rice balls, tropical, creamy, and refreshingly cool.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Pour the coconut milk into the pot, bring it to a boil, then add the white agar powder and stir well to mix evenly.
- 3
After boiling again, remove from heat and pour into a container to wait for it to solidify.
- 4
Drop the small dumplings into boiling water, cook until they float, then remove them and place them in ice water for later use.
- 5
Peel the mango and cut it into cubes, then pour them into the food processor.
- 6
Add a little water and blend into mango puree for later use.
- 7
After the coconut milk jelly has set, unmold it, cut it into long strips, and place them in a latte cup.
- 8
Then pour in the mango puree, and add an appropriate amount of mango pieces and small round dumplings.
