Mashed Potatoes Mixed with Rice Exclusive
Steamer-basket trick where fluffy rice, whole potatoes, and seasoned egg custard cups cook together, the tender spuds then mashed and folded through the grains for a creamy, homey one-bowl meal.
Instructions
- 1

Rinse the rice clean, add an appropriate amount of water, just like when cooking rice normally. Put it into the rice cooker.
- 2

Cut two potatoes into four small pieces and put them in the rice cooker steamer.
- 3

Put two eggs into a bowl, add a little chopped green onion, a little light soy sauce, a little thirteen-spice powder, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
- 4

Place it in the steamer along with the potatoes, press the rice cooking button, and steam it together with the rice until cooked.
- 5

After the power trips, let it sit for a while, then take out the potatoes, peel them, mash them, and add them to the rice and eggs.
- 6

Add chopped green onions; you can add a little more.
- 7

Add the chopped lettuce.
- 8

Add the chopped cilantro.
- 9

Add two spoonfuls of bibimbap sauce.
- 10

I am using a sauce specifically for rice packs, which I bought offline. If you don't have it, you can use other sauces as a substitute.
- 11

Just stir until evenly mixed.
- 12

Done. It tastes exactly the same as the ones sold outside.
