Instructions
- 1

Mix 4 grams of matcha powder and 6 grams of vegetable oil together until the matcha powder is completely dissolved. Note: Use flavorless corn oil as the vegetable oil.
- 2

First, put 120 grams of glutinous rice flour, 15 grams of milk powder, 15 grams of all-purpose flour, 70 grams of white sugar, and 1 gram of salt together and mix evenly.
- 3

Add 170 grams of milk and 6 grams of vanilla extract.
- 4

Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
- 5

Evenly divide the batter into 2 portions.
- 6

Pour the matcha paste into one portion of the batter and mix until the color is uniform.
- 7

Prepare a mold lined with parchment paper, bring water to a boil, then place the mold in it and first pour in a layer of plain batter.
- 8

Steam on high heat for about 3 minutes.
- 9

Pour in another layer of matcha batter and continue steaming for 3 minutes, then alternately add the plain and matcha batter in the same way.
- 10

After pouring for the last time, wait until the batter is steamed and no longer sticks to your hand on the surface, then it can be taken out.
- 11

Take it out and demold.
- 12

Cut into small pieces. Note: Apply a little water or oil to the knife to prevent sticking.
