Matcha lava cake, scoop it with a spoon, warms both the stomach and the heart, love matcha!
Matcha lava cake brings egg, white sugar and low-gluten flour together and is baked until light, fluffy and golden. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1

First, put 2 eggs and 15 grams of white sugar together and mix evenly.
- 2

Sift in 25 grams of low-gluten flour and 5 grams of matcha, and put them together.
- 3

Stir until smooth and free of lumps, then set aside.
- 4

Separately take 40 grams of unsalted butter and 60 grams of white chocolate, and melt them over a heatproof bowl with hot water. The water temperature should not be too high to prevent the separation of water and oil.
- 5

Pour the chocolate butter mixture into the batter.
- 6

Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
- 7

Then sift the batter once; this will make the final product more delicate.
- 8

Apply a layer of butter liquid to the mold in advance; this can prevent the finished product from sticking.
- 9

Pour the batter into the mold and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 10

Preheat the oven to 200°C in advance to allow the oven temperature to stabilize, then place the mold inside and bake for 10 minutes.
- 11

After baking, quickly turn the mold upside down onto a plate and tap it to demold.
