The beef meatballs are a bit big, cut them in half.
- 2

Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into pieces.
- 3

Wash the cabbage and slice it.
- 4

Add water to the pot, put in the beef meatballs, potato chunks, and carrot chunks, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- 5

Boil the carrots and potatoes until tender, then add the cabbage and cook until done.
- 6

Add salt, soy sauce, and pepper according to your taste, and mix well.
- 7

Mix sweet potato starch and water in a 1:2 ratio, and stir evenly.
- 8

Gradually add the sweet potato starch slurry, stirring while pouring, until it reaches the appropriate thickness.
