Melon Seedling Clear Soup
An ultra-clear pumpkin shoot soup: young vines are stripped of their fuzzy skins, then simmered just two minutes with garlic, oil, and salt for a light, refreshingly sweet greens broth.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the old leaves and old stems from the pumpkin seedlings, peel off the fuzz from the pumpkin vines, and soak and wash them clean with water.
- 2

Scoop up the water and drain it, then chop the garlic finely.
- 3

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring it to a boil, add minced garlic, a little oil, and salt, then put the pumpkin sprouts into the pot to cook.
- 4

Cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
- 5

The finished product is light and sweet in taste.
