Milk and Egg Pudding (No-Oven Version, Super Easy)
A silky steamed custard of egg, sugar and milk strained smooth, cooked covered until just set for a wobbly, fragile dessert without an oven.
Instructions
- 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add granulated sugar.
- 2

Stir and break apart, you can do it by hand, no need for a mixer.
- 3

Add the milk and stir well.
- 4

Sift it into a bowl. I sifted it once, but you can sift it twice for an even smoother texture. ⊙∀⊙!
- 5

Pour the filtered liquid into a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, poke a few holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick, place it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes before serving.
- 6

Just out of the pot, very smooth.
