Milk Buns
Milk Buns: high-gluten flour, milk and granulated sugar in a few quick steps, baked until golden and fragrant. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients and put them into the food processor (beginners can reserve an extra 20-30g of milk). Using the U8 food processor, it takes about 8-10 minutes to form a film (those without a food processor can use the water method: mix the dough with water evenly and let it rest in the fridge for more than 30 minutes).
- 2

Knead well and divide directly into portions, each about 50g.
- 3

Roll into a ball and place it on a plate (you can also fill it with some red bean paste, coconut, purple sweet potato....).
- 4

Set the Fonce F60 fermentation box to 32°C and 75% humidity. Ferment until it has grown 1.5–2 times larger. When it’s almost ready, preheat the oven to 180°C with both top and bottom heat.
- 5

Oven UKOEOD1 flat oven temperature reference: Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, if the coloring is satisfactory, add aluminum foil. For a convection oven, reduce the temperature and shorten the time.

The brushed effect is perfect~~~
