Step two, wash the fresh Euryale seeds clean and place them on a clean plate. The washed Euryale seeds are small and round, aren't they very cute!

  3. 3

Step three, add about one and a half bowls of water to the clay pot and bring it to a boil.

  4. 4

Step four, when the water boils, add the fresh gorgon fruit and skim off the foam. Fresh gorgon fruit cooks very quickly; it is basically cooked after boiling for 3 to 5 minutes! If you are not adding eggs and only using gorgon fruit with sugar, you can sprinkle sugar at this point and start eating. But since there are growing children at home and it's breakfast, I added milk and eggs.

Step five, turn the heat to the lowest setting, crack one egg into the fox nut, add some sugar as well, gently stir, and then cook for another minute. The egg will basically be cooked by then.

Finally, turn off the heat and add a carton of milk, and the delicious and nutritious egg, milk, and gorgon fruit is ready!

    Round and sticky, especially delicious!
