Milky Sweet Potato Pancake
Sweet potato patties bound with egg, condensed milk and a little flour, sprinkled with black sesame for a homey bake.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. If you don't have condensed milk, you can substitute it with an equal amount of white sugar.
- 2
Peel the sweet potato, cut it into cubes, and put them in a bowl. Add the egg and condensed milk (or sugar, and if you really don't like it sweet, you can skip it) and mix well.
- 3
Add the flour and mix evenly.
- 4
Line the baking tray with parchment paper in advance, divide the sweet potato paste into small portions and spread them evenly on the tray, sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the surface for decoration (you can cut a ring from the opening of a paper cup as a mold, this will make the sweet potato cakes more round).
- 5
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes, and when the surface and edges are browned with some golden spots, it can be taken out of the oven.
- 6
A very small and cute sweet potato cake, filled with large chunks of sweet potato.
- 7
Take a bite, it's so delicious, hurry and try it.
