Minced Meat Sauce Noodles
Springy noodles topped with a glossy pork sauce, where five-spice meat is simmered with soybean paste, oyster sauce, and aromatics until richly savory and spoon-coating thick.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the materials.
- 2

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and June fragrance bean paste into a bowl.
- 3

Add clear water and stir evenly.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot and stir-fry the pork belly.
- 5

After the meat is cooked to about 80% doneness, add minced ginger and garlic to stir-fry. I was quick here and added the sauce first.
- 6

You can add ginger and garlic later.
- 7

Then stir-fry evenly, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
- 8

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and after the water boils, add the noodles and cook until done.
- 9

Rinse the noodles with cold water.
- 10

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin strips.
- 11

Scoop the batter noodles out and place them on a plate, arranging cucumber shreds around them.
- 12

Add the sauce meat in the middle, and just mix it evenly when eating.
